Schedule: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote

Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Technology Analyst to support all U.S. business within and across their multiple brands. This role focuses on HRIS duties, Workday products, strategy execution, proficient systems knowledge, while advocating for end user. This role is seeking a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2-4 years’ experience with Human Resources terminology to deliver business objectives.

What You'll Be Working On

Workday Processes

· Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules

· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, or user reported incidents

· Montior ticket trends to identify training gaps and systematic issues

· Participate in Workday bi-annual release cycles (R1/R2)

Daily Tasks Expectations

· Document and maintain standard operating procedures

· Validate system readiness and functional testing

· Stay current on Workday functionality, release, and best practices

Operational & Technical Support

· Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex system and procedure issues

· Validate system changes and ensure business readiness prior to deployment

· Perform data audits, validation checks, and reconciliations

· Support documentation of test scripts and results

· Support mass data loads (EIBs,) data corrections and system updates

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in related field

· 2-4 years experiences in HRIS or related experience

· System management and reporting tools within Workday HCMS

· HR knowledge in processes and terminology

· Basic to intermediate knowledge in Google Suite or Microsoft Office

· Advanced knowledge in Excel/Sheets
