Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a strategic CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture, integration strategy, and data migration approach for a global enterprise rollout. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service), enterprise integration, and CRM transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Lead integration strategy for Salesforce data migration into Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Oversee data migration planning and validation.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guide development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8 years in enterprise CRM architecture and solution design.
- 5 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service)
- Experience in CRM migrations, especially Salesforce to Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
