Overview:

We are hiring Mechanical and Manufacturing Technicians to support production, assembly, and facility operations in a fast-paced, regulated, high-quality environment. This role is open to candidates with a range of experience across manufacturing, mechanical systems, and equipment maintenance.

This position may support both production floor activities and facility/equipment maintenance depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using hand tools and work instructions
• Perform testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of systems and equipment
• Support maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Identify and escalate equipment or process issues
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and service logs
• Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Technical diploma, Associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience (mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, etc.)
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or similar environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and basic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or electromechanical systems
• HVAC, boiler, or facility maintenance experience
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Familiarity with maintenance or asset management systems (EAM or similar)
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device, aerospace, etc.)
