Title: Junior Software Engineer
Compensation: $66,560 - $70,720 (depends on experience) for first year salary

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Someone with experience facilitating requirements gathering and business documentation
- processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis.
- Act as a technical resource for SharePoint site design, development and content
- management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
- functional SharePoint solutions.
- Support the collection of business requirements and assist in testing solutions to ensure
- they meet user needs.
- Develop and maintain custom components using SPFx (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Build and support automated workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Build and support AI agents and processes using Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users across the enterprise.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Performs root cause analysis, support and maintenance for existing solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or
- similar field or equivalent experience and work record
- Knowledge of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging,
- implementation and support.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power Apps)
- Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks is a nice-to-have.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
