WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, implement, support, and maintain applications based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards
- Create and maintain user interface patterns and standard libraries
- Apply object-oriented principles in implementing solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
- Maintain code quality through unit testing
- Document code appropriately for maintainability
- Communicate with business analysts to gather accurate specifications for new enhancements and applications, and translate requirements into functional code
- Collaborate with team members on projects
- Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role
- Regular and reliable in-office/on-site attendance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Educational experience in .Net or Java and SQL programming
- Ability to design, develop, implement, support, and maintain applications using approved technologies and coding standards
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
- Experience with unit testing and maintaining code quality
- Strong documentation skills for code maintainability
- Effective communication skills to gather requirements and translate them into functional code
- Ability to collaborate with team members on projects
- In-office/on-site work required; regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. occasionally
- Vision abilities including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
