WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI development frameworks
- Build Generative AI solutions leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and enterprise AI platforms
- Develop agent-based applications and workflows utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and integrations
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications via AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or similar platforms
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and integrate vector databases as needed
- Create and deploy containerized AI applications within Kubernetes and OpenShift environments
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Implement testing, monitoring, and observability practices to ensure reliable AI application performance
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, security, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to AI development standards, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve solution delivery
- Support production deployments and ongoing enhancements of AI-driven business applications
- 3 years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
- Experience developing applications utilizing LLMs and Generative AI technologies
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, integrations, or application development
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar enterprise AI platforms
- Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development
- Experience working within Agile software development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems (preferred)
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and vector database solutions (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI observability platforms such as Arize, LangSmith, Langfuse, or Datadog (preferred)
- Experience deploying or hosting open-source LLMs using vLLM or similar inference frameworks (preferred)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI application evaluation methodologies (preferred)
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications in regulated industries (preferred)
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
