Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is based in the Nashville area and includes regular travel (must be open to travel to other state if needed). If you're a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for team development, we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and support maintenance teams across multiple sites
- Oversee capital projects, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Provide hands-on assistance with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- Train and mentor on-site staff, including performance management
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience as a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor
- Proven multisite management experience (3 years preferred)
- EPA Certification and CPO License required
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region
