What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance
- Supervise vendors and in-house staff; assist with hiring, training, and performance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed
- Maintain inventory and operate within budget
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily housing
- Strong HVAC background with EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
- Reliable transportation and basic tools required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to walk the property regularly and work in all weather conditions
