What You'll Do
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities
- Lead, train, schedule, and support maintenance team members
- Coordinate and complete apartment turns to meet occupancy goals
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain curb appeal, building systems, and community standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
- Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities as required
What We're Looking For
Multifamily Maintenance Leadership Experience Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience required
- EPA Certification required
- Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to resident satisfaction and customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance operations across multiple communities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
