Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior leasing experience preferred, but strong customer service/sales background required
- Professional appearance and office-appropriate attire
- Positive attitude, problem solver, and fast-paced work style
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) preferred
- Ability to walk properties frequently and climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team player
- Availability to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
- Ensure model apartments are ready for tours
- Maintain resident and property files
- Know lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities
- Use effective leasing and telephone techniques
- Handle screening processes and lease application requirements
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure readiness
- Maintain relationships with local businesses for marketing and leasing materials
- Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, courteous manner
- Adhere to OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations
