Your Responsibilities:
- Handle general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to service requests & after-hours emergencies
- Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities
- Manage inventory and ensure equipment is in working order
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC experience and EPA Type II or Universal preferred
- Experience in multifamily/apartment maintenance
- Ability to take on-call shifts
- Basic tools & reliable transportation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks safely
