What You'll Do
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Tour apartment homes and highlight community amenities
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Follow up with prospects to achieve leasing goals
- Assist current residents with questions and service requests
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
- Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are ready to show
- Build relationships with local employers and businesses to generate new leads
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software
- Social media and marketing experience is a plus
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
