Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience required
- Bilingual a plus (not required)
- Professional appearance and office-appropriate attire
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) preferred
- Positive, dependable, and detail-oriented team player
- Ability to walk properties frequently, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits
- Ensure model units are tour-ready and presentable
- Maintain accurate resident and property files
- Stay knowledgeable on lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities
- Apply effective leasing and telephone techniques
- Process applications and screening requirements
- Conduct daily property inspections for readiness
- Partner with local businesses for marketing and outreach
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
