What Youll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Leasing experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual a plus
- Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Entrata and social media (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
- Availability to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
- Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident files
- Ensure model units and vacant apartments are tour-ready
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with marketing efforts both online and locally
- Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
