Key Responsibilities:
- Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial contact to signed lease
- Maintain accurate resident and property files
- Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show-ready
- Stay informed on current availability, rental rates, lease terms, and property policies
- Conduct daily property walks and unit inspections
- Respond to resident requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media engagement and local business networking
- Uphold all Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior leasing experience preferred. Strong customer service/sales background required.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
- Availability to work Saturdays
