Your Role Includes:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Ensuring timely, professional responses to maintenance requests
- Assisting with light maintenance tasks (e.g., preparing vacant apartments, simple work orders)
- Managing tools, equipment, and supply inventory
- Following all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 with at least 1 month of relevant experience/training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to walk the property daily and work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
- Comfortable with stairs, ladders, and exposure to outdoor/environmental elements
