Brookside Properties is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support apartment communities throughout Middle Tennessee, West Tennessee, and Henderson, Kentucky. This full-time role is ideal for a highly adaptable, sales-driven professional who enjoys variety, travel, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact wherever support is needed.
What You'll Do
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes
- Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into residents
- Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts
- Support resident retention through positive resident experiences
- Maintain accurate leasing and prospect records
- Provide coverage and operational support at multiple communities as needed
- Help communities achieve occupancy and leasing goals
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Leasing experience preferred; strong sales/customer service required
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Basic computer proficiency
