What Youll Do
- Welcome prospects and provide engaging apartment tours
- Convert tours into signed leases and move-ins
- Maintain leasing records and CRM updates
- Prepare model apartments and ensure strong curb appeal
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and outreach
- Provide outstanding service to current and future residents
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2yrs Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
- Entrata experience a plus
