- 1yr leasing experience
- Saturday and Sunday availability is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- Lease apartments and assist prospects through the full leasing process
- Maintain organized files and ensure tour paths and model units are ready
- Promote property features, pricing, and leasing terms
- Respond to leads, calls, and inquiries with urgency and professionalism
- Support social media and local marketing efforts
- Conduct property inspections and ensure community presentation
- Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
