- Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required
- Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience a plus

- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); property management software experience a plus

- Greet and tour prospective residents through the community
- Present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms effectively
- Qualify prospects and assist with the application and leasing process
- Prepare and process lease agreements, deposits, and documentation accurately
- Maintain organized prospect and resident records
- Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show-ready
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries
- Assist with marketing outreach, community events, and occupancy goals
- Support compliance efforts, including Fair Housing and program requirements
