- Greet and assist prospective residents, conduct community tours, and close leases
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Manage leasing process from first contact through move-in
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
- Ensure model apartments and vacant units are tour-ready
- Assist with marketing efforts and outreach to local businesses
- Respond to resident inquiries and support retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (training available)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and social media
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required (Saturdays)
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
