- Generous PTO (120 hrs for 0–4 yrs, 160 hrs for 5 yrs)

- Ensure model apartments are tour-ready
- Maintain resident and property files accurately
- Market the community online and through local outreach
- Respond promptly to resident needs with a positive, professional attitude
- Support daily property operations and inspections
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Leasing experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Social media and Entrata experience a plus
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
