- Perform property walks and ensure readiness
- Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of apartment leasing experience required
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience with Entrata, Facebook, and Instagram is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
