What We're Looking For
- 2 years of apartment industry or multifamily property management experience required
- Previous experience managing multiple properties preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with budgeting, collections, occupancy management, and resident relations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and communities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Oversee daily operations for multiple apartment communities
- Lead leasing, resident retention, and occupancy initiatives
- Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
- Conduct property inspections and ensure curb appeal and community standards are maintained
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop on-site team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resident experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and operational procedures
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve property and portfolio goals
