- 3 years of experience as a multifamily Community Manager or Property Manager
- South Carolina Property Manager License required
- Strong marketing and occupancy management experience
- Experience managing large properties, lease ups and renovations preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Oversee daily property operations, team performance, and resident satisfaction
- Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams to achieve community goals
- Drive leasing, occupancy, and marketing strategies to maintain strong performance
- Manage rent collection, financial reporting, and budget performance
- Foster a welcoming, engaging community through resident events and communication
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards
