- Assist the Community Manager with daily operations, financial performance, and resident relations
- Lead leasing efforts and drive occupancy goals through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Support rent collection, financial reporting, and delinquency management
- Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns promptly
- Help train and mentor leasing and office staff to achieve community goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
- 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience required
- Previous Assistant Community Manager experience required
- Large property experience required (300 units preferred)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata or similar software experience preferred
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for team success
