- 1 year of apartment leasing or property management experience required
- Assistant Property Manager experience preferred
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with rent collections, resident accounts, and delinquency management
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Support daily office operations and resident relations
- Assist with leasing, apartment tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins
- Maintain resident files, financial records, and rent rolls accurately
- Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and payment processing
- Support occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative reporting
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
- Help create a positive resident experience and strong community atmosphere
