What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager position at Brookside Lawn Service?
As a Brookside Lawn Care Manager you will enjoy working outdoors, with little direct supervision. You will travel to our clients property to treat their lawn and address any problems in the lawn, mentoring and training our lawn care technicians. Handling our current customers issues as our Manager and training and mentoring to our technicians.
The things you must have, that we cannot teach, are honesty, integrity, and a good work ethic!!
Summary
In the role of Manager, you will oversee operations, ensuring high-quality service and effective team supervision. Your core skills in fertilization practices and management will be vital as you lead a team dedicated to lawn care. You will also leverage your premium skills in leadership and maintenance to optimize workflows and enhance team performance. You will contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn care and management positions
- Strong supervisory skills with a background in leading teams
- Knowledge of horticulture, and grounds keeping practices
- Excellent leadership and maintenance skills to ensure high-quality service
