Duties
- Perform comprehensive turf maintenance including fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep lawns healthy and attractive
- Lead individuals by supervising daily tasks, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment
Experience
- Proven experience with a strong understanding of lawn care techniques
- Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health, soil management, and pest control
- Hands-on experience with small equipment, lawn equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects effectively
