Residential HVAC Service & Installation Technician

Confident leading residential installs of furnaces and condensing units with a helper—no direct supervision needed?Skilled at diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems?A natural at explaining options so homeowners can make informed decisions?Organized, punctual, and collaborative with crews and supervisors?Motivated to keep learning and advancing your career? What You’ll Do Assess system performance, document findings, and complete required testing during maintenance visits.Recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement based on detailed inspections.Deliver clear, courteous, and solution-focused communication to clients.Partner with teammates to execute work safely and efficiently.Attend meetings and adhere to company safety and handbook policies.Travel to customers throughout NH, MA, and ME in a full-time capacity. What You Bring 2 years of residential HVAC experience and a strong track record with heating and cooling systems.EPA certification.High School diploma or GED.Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Desire to grow your skills through ongoing training.
