On the road across NH, MA, and ME, you arrive prepared—organized, on time, and ready to deliver. You install residential systems to Brookside’s standards, keep the job site spotless, and walk customers through their new equipment with clear, friendly communication.Your core workLead residential installs for split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini-splitsRun copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines with precisionTroubleshoot installation-related issues and resolve them confidently and accuratelyEducate customers on system use, maintenance, and optionsMaintain an organized, safe job site and follow all safety protocols and handbook policiesCollaborate with teammates, accept feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementManage time and materials effectively; arrive prepared and punctual for every job and company meetingCompensation$35–$45 per hour based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus up to $5K for top candidates.
