Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy is hiring a motivated, dependable, customer-oriented pharmacy technician to work full time at our location in DeQuincy, LA. Must be a registered pharmacy technician (or technician trainee, rate may differ) licensed to work as such in the state of Louisiana. Experience preferred, good attitude and ability to work with a team is a must. Family friendly hours, CLOSED SUNDAY.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in ensuring correct and appropriate prescriptions
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional patient service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in clinical initiatives or other projects as assigned by Pharmacy Manager
- Assist in inventory control and ordering
