Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations. Re-pipe experience a must!
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Preferred ability to read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
- Respond promptly to service calls for plumbing emergencies or repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in remodeling and construction plumbing techniques.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools used in plumbing work.
- Experience with commercial driving may be beneficial for transporting materials.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
- General maintenance person skills are advantageous for diverse repair tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Requires
- Valid Driver's License and ability to be insurable
- Has own Plumbing tools
- Experience in Re-pipes
