Job Responsibilities
• Compute and record numerical data
• Generate invoices to affiliate partners and customers nationwide
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Manage and identify inconsistencies
• Provide solutions and/or feedback to billing processes
• Communicate effectively across departments
Requirements
• Proven experience as a billing specialist preferred
• A/R or A/P experience is a plus
• General office experience is required
• Ability to work well with others as a team, as well as, independently.
• Attention to detail is mandatory
• Must be organized and have the ability to work well under pressure with deadlines
