⚖️ Key Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with clients, attorneys, and medical providers
- Complete new client intakes and maintain case files from start to finish
- Request, organize, and review medical records and related documents
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Prepare comprehensive demand packages and support materials
- Interact with insurance carriers to negotiate settlements
- Assist attorneys with trial prep, mediation, and arbitration
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in every client interaction
