What You’ll Do
- Own initial recruitment for management and executive roles
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that target passive leaders across industries
- Cold call, engage, and influence senior-level talent daily with confidence and authority
- Tell the Brooks International story with conviction and position our roles as high-impact career moves
- Navigate complex motivations, handle objections, and keep executives moving through the process
- Manage active pipelines with urgency, discipline, and full accountability
- Represent Brooks International as the first point of contact for high-caliber leadership talent
- Present vetted, evidence-backed candidates during executive-level reviews
- Apply structured qualification criteria to ensure only the strongest talent advances
- Operate with precision inside our recruiting systems, SOPs, and execution frameworks

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in corporate recruiting, executive search, or senior leadership hiring
- Confidence cold calling and handling objections with executives
- Strong ability to influence, qualify, and close passive candidates
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean mastery strongly preferred
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
- Professional maturity to represent the firm with CEOs and senior leaders
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 100% on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
