About the Role
Brooks International is seeking a highly driven Executive Analyst to play a pivotal role in converting business assessments into engagements for billion-dollar global CEO’s. This senior-level position is critical to our business development cycle and requires exceptional analytical, presentation, and client engagement skills.
**Note that this position sits at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL, but will require 60% travel to client sites.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the conversion of business assessments to engagements, achieving company standards for quality and profitability.
- Support business development by creating and presenting compelling assessment decks and case studies.
- Conduct executive exchanges to validate client readiness and decision processes.
- Apply Brooks International’s assessment methodology to identify performance gaps and quantify bottom-line impact.
- Develop and deliver high-quality findings, proposals, and presentations that drive client commitment.
- Ensure all engagement proposals meet client expectations and profitability targets.
- Maintain thought leadership on industry trends and continuously improve methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-makers and build strong client trust
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills to present complex insights clearly and persuasively
- Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or similar high-performance environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, supported by relevant certifications within IIBA or PMI.
- Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)
- Tableau Desktop Specialist / Certified Data Analyst
- SQL (Oracle SQL Associate or equivalent vendor-neutral certification)
- Expert skills in Excel
