HVAC Customer Care Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Customer Care Representative to handle calls both inbound and outbound, and appointment scheduling for our local HVAC business. HVAC experience is preferred as is experience with ServiceTitan software. This position will require excellent phone and computer skills, great attitude, punctuality and amazing organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails and online inquiries
• Comfortable in making daily outbound calls is a must
• Schedule HVAC service appointments, maintenance and installations
• Ability to explain services, warranties and promotions
• Confirm appointments and handle reschedules or follow-ups
• Sell Annual Maintenance agreements
• Enter and update customer information in Service Titan
• Track service requests, job progress and follow ups
• Confirm parts ordered and schedule repairs
• Process payments, invoices and warranty claimsRequirements:
• 2 years customer service experience for a residential HVAC service company
• 2 years daily use of Service Titan software (required)
• Excellent multitasking and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and modern office tools
• Willingness to make daily outbound calls
• Familiarity with basic HVAC terms
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, [Insert Hours]. Occasional after-hours support may be needed.

Pay: $24.53 - $29.54 per hour
