Automotive Customer Service Representative

• Handle incoming multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring each caller receives prompt and courteous assistance.
• Manage front desk duties, including greeting customers, directing inquiries to the service manager, and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.
• Supporting the service manager with activities such as , appointment scheduling, checking out customers, collecting payment, checking in vehicles, stocking snacks and drinks, feeding our aquatic dog/axolotl, Gill, checking in parts, ect.
• Maintain strong organizational skills.

• Proven experience in administrative roles, including clerical experience and customer service.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
