Brooks Elementary School has a vacancy for (1) Special Education Teacher.  BES seeks candidates who plan, organizes and delivers programs of instruction that support the premise that high expectations for all students.  Candidates must possess certification in elementary grades for teaching Learning and Behavior Disorders.   

 

Candidates must be team minded and willing to take on additional responsiblities outside of the classroom. 

 

This position is for the 2025-2026 school year.

Salary based on board approved salary schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.

 

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE WAIVER: To expedite the hiring for this position, the district may apply for a waiver to prevent disruption of necessary instructional or support services (KRS 160.380).
