Brooks Bridge Marina is looking for a friendly, dependable Ship Store Associate to join our waterfront team. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service to boaters and visitors while maintaining an organized and well-stocked marina store.

Position Summary
The Ship Store Associate is responsible for assisting customers, operating the register, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the ship store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate point-of-sale system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock
- Keep store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Answer customer questions regarding marina services, fuel, and amenities
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Support dock staff as needed during busy periods
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Boating or marina knowledge is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a marina environment
Schedule
Part-time or full-time positions available.
Weekend availability a must.
