We combine high-level craftsmanship with disciplined production processes to deliver highly customized architectural woodwork on tight timelines.We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer & Operator to support our growing production team.Position SummaryThe CNC Programmer & Operator plays a key role in our production workflow by converting custom millwork shop drawings into accurate CNC programs and producing ready-to-build components for fabrication. This position works closely with the Shop Manager, Drafting Department, and Fabrication Team to ensure smooth, efficient production.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.ResponsibilitiesCNC ProgrammingConvert shop drawings into CNC-ready G-code filesCreate cut lists, tool paths, and material optimizationCollaborate with drafting to clarify specifications and resolve discrepanciesCNC OperationsDetermine material selection and quantitiesPrepare laminate and press lists prior to productionItemize, separate, and label CNC-machined componentsLabel and organize dowel boring partsMark and separate Edge banding PartsEquipmentHomag N-300 CNC (5' x 10')Homag Dowel Boring MachineQualificationsExperience with Mosaik software preferred (other software considered based on experience)CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or similar)Strong understanding of millwork construction, joinery, and cabinetry methodsAbility to read and interpret shop drawings accuratelyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsOrganized, professional shop environmentSupportive and collaborative team cultureSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMSecond shift option available (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) for qualified candidatesPay starting at $35/hour, depending on experienceBenefitsPaid time offPaid sick leaveTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief description of your CNC programming and millwork experience with a sample of your work in PDF.
