This full-time hybrid role of Real Estate Salesperson at Brooklyn Real Property, Inc. is based in Brooklyn, NY, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include actively engaging with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties, providing expert advice and market insights, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves assisting clients through the entire real estate transaction process while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Real Estate License and understanding of Real Property laws and requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Sales processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a strong client-oriented mindset
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with the Brooklyn real estate market is highly advantageous
