Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Downtown Brooklyn, NY, for a Real Estate Agent at Brooklyn Real Property (BRP). The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct property viewings, and provide solutions tailored to clients' needs. Duties include market research, marketing a portfolio of properties, negotiating deals, preparing real estate contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Supporting clients throughout the buying or selling process is a key aspect of this role. There is a large need for buyer's agents in today's real estate market. We provide company training, forms and procedures, MLS forms and procedures, and office- and company-level training.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales, customer service, and marketing expertise
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Brooklyn, NY real estate market and local property trends
- Understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and contract requirements
- Proficiency in technology, including real estate listing software and digital tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- A valid real estate license in New York State is required
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous
