Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, for a Sales/Marketing Admission's Coordinator. Key responsibilities include overseeing the admissions process, providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, and handling inquiries about the facility and its services. The coordinator will develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, contribute to marketing initiatives, and promote occupancy growth by managing the sales process. Additional duties include conducting tours, supporting new resident transitions, and collaborating with relevant departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective residents, families, and staff members.
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and handling client relationships to meet occupancy goals and promote community growth.
- Ability to conduct Training and education sessions to support the onboarding process and address service inquiries.
- Familiarity with healthcare, senior living, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or marketing tools to manage leads and outreach efforts is advantageous.
