- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Process payments and handle client records efficiently.
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Provide clients with educational materials and resources on pet care.
- Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using scheduling and electronic medical record systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

- Must be available Friday-Sunday as needed with no restrictions for part time
