Bronxton is a locally owned apparel store with chill vibes. Our clothes are for active and adventurous people. We are looking for associates that are passionate about living and active life and genuinely connecting with our customers.
BRONXTON is a Surf Lifestyle shop with a chill environment and super high expectations. We are constantly looking for energetic, outgoing, creative, passionate, and determined individuals to join the BRONXTON family.
Compensation:
Base salary: $12/hr
Incentives: Aggressive Profit Sharing Plan based on your Individual performance.
Our Fashion Advisers are, in essence, brand ambassadors. As the face of the BRONXTON brand your role is to ensure our customer experience is the absolute best. Our reputation is determined by this role, thus it is the most essential role in our organization.
Qualifications:
•18 years or older(NO EXCEPTIONS) •Approved background check •Passionate about providing an extraordinary customer experience •Able to work retail hours; varied and flexible schedule including nights and weekends •Ability to stand for 8 or more hours consecutively •Ability to lift 20lbs •Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback •Passion for active lifestyles
Job Requirements:
•Provide a positive and memorable customer experience •Proactive suggestive wardrobing to create sells that wear well •Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment •Exceptional customer service, selling, cash handling, cleaning, folding, and many other operational duties.
