Overview
We are looking for an organized and proactive Accounts Payable/HR professional to join our team. This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to manage financial transactions, oversee accounts payable processes, and support human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in accounting and HR systems, along with a passion for maintaining accurate records and supporting team needs.
Duties
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring timely payment while adhering to company policies and internal controls.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions using accounting software
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, vendor information, and payment histories through data entry and account reconciliation.
- Support HR functions including benefits administration, employee onboarding, and maintaining records.
- Prepare journal entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related accounting roles
- Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks is desirable
- Experience with employee relations and personnel support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer and Technical experience preferred
