Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of food production, kitchen management, and food service operations to ensure high-quality standards.
- Oversee menu planning, catering events, and banquet services to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste, optimize costs, and maintain proper stock levels.
- Supervise culinary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and dietary department guidelines across all operations.
- Coordinate shift management activities, monitor kitchen workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance customer service quality and address guest feedback promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory, food production processes, and safety inspections to support operational transparency.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles with a focus on fine dining environments.
