Overview

We are seeking experienced Chef to oversee our culinary and hospitality operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader with a deep understanding of food Assistance management, team supervision, and fine dining standards. As Chef Assistant you will drive excellence in food quality, service delivery, and operational efficiency while fostering a vibrant, team-oriented environment. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination across departments, uphold food safety standards, and elevate the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all aspects of food production, kitchen management, and food service operations to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Oversee menu planning, catering events, and banquet services to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste, optimize costs, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Supervise culinary staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and dietary department guidelines across all operations.
  • Coordinate shift management activities, monitor kitchen workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance customer service quality and address guest feedback promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory, food production processes, and safety inspections to support operational transparency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership roles with a focus on fine dining environments.
  • Extensive background in banquet experience, catering coordination, and event planning.
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with teams in fast-paced culinary settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety practices, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management is essential.
  • Familiarity with dietary department procedures and managing diverse dietary needs within a hospitality setting.
  • Prior experience in managing inventory control systems and implementing effective food handling protocols.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
