The firm is seeking a paralegal with relevant civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented,
diligent, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years' experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
General Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Legal research as directed by attorneys
- Electronic filing of documents in state and federal courts
- Prepare exhibits and supporting documents for motions, depositions, trials
- Assist in managing calendar of court deadlines
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
- Perform other administrative tasks and general office support
