Brody Brothers Pest Control is hiring a friendly, upbeat Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our onsite call center team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative position for someone with a bubbly personality, a kind heart, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the friendly voice of our company. Customers rely on our CSRs to be patient, clear, and reassuring while guiding them through scheduling and service questions.
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Explain services in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Communicate with field technicians to ensure smooth service
- Help new customers get started with confidence
Some Customer Service Representatives may grow into advanced scheduling and technician routing roles if they enjoy technology and organization.
- Starting pay: $18 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM OR 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Occasional Sundays during busy season
- No Saturdays – ever
- Friendly, positive, and bubbly personality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Desire to help customers and make their day easier
- Willingness to learn new systems and technology
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Paid training
